Craft Cocktails

Grappa Giddy-Up

    • 2 oz of Cobble Ridge Grappa Moonshine.

    • 1 oz of simple syrup.

    • 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
    • 1 egg white.

Instructions:

1. Pour all ingredients into shaker, shake for 15-20 seconds or until a nice white foam appears.

2. Add ice into shaker, and continue shaking for 15 seconds.

3. Strain over ice in glass and enjoy!

 

Moonshine Mary

    • 2 oz of Cobble Ridge Grappa Moonshine.
    • 4 oz of tomato juice.
    • 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice.
    • A pinch of celery salt and black pepper.
    • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
    • 3 drops of Sriracha sauce.

Instructions:

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

2. Shake for 15 seconds.

3. Strain over ice in glass and enjoy!

Optional garnish of celery, pimento stuffed olive, and bacon.

 

Miner's Mule

  • 1 oz of Cobble Ridge Grappa Moonshine.
  • 2.5 oz of ginger beer.
  • 1/4 of a lime.
  • 1 small strawberry.

Instructions:

1. Muddle the strawberry at the bottom of the glass.

2. Add ice, then Grappa Moonshine, and then ginger beer. 

3. Squeeze in juice from lime wedge, stir, and enjoy!

 

Peach Prospector

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz of Cobble Ridge Grappa Moonshine
  • 3 peach slices
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice 
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 4 lemon basil leaves roughly chopped 
  • 2 oz tonic

Instructions: 

  1. Muddle peach slices and lemon basil into a shaker.
  2. Combine Moonshine, lemon juice, and simple syrup into shaker. 
  3. Shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Pour into glass over ice. 
  5. Top with tonic, garnish with fresh basil, and enjoy!


Lawless Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Cobble Ridge Grappa Moonshine
  • 3 oz lavender lemonade (recipe below)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Grappa Moonshine and lemonade into shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 15 seconds, strain over ice, and enjoy!

Lavender Lemonade Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup dried lavender buds
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Add 2 cups of water and 1 cup sugar to a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.

  2. Add 1 cup lavender buds to mixture. We use lavender from a local farm River Brooke Farm (riverbrookefarm.com). Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

  3. Strain and discard lavender buds. In a pitcher, add lavender tea and lemon juice.

  4. Fill the remainder of the pitcher with cool water and stir.

  5. Place pitcher in refrigerator until ready to serve.

 

Cider Rider

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Cobble Ridge Grappa Moonshine
  • 2 oz spiced apple cider
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon simple syrup
  • 4 mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Muddle mint leaves at the bottom of cocktail shaker.
  2. Add simple syrup, Grappa Moonshine, and spiced cider into cocktail with ice.
  3. Shake for 15 seconds. 
  4. Strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with diced apples and mint leaves. Serve and enjoy!

Cinnamon simple syrup recipe:

Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. 

Add 1/2 cup of sugar and dissolve. 

Remove from heat and immediately add a cinnamon stick. Once cooled remove cinnamon stick. 

 

 

Cowboy Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Cobble Ridge Neutral Brandy
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 3 oz of your favorite coffee
  • Whip cream
  • Coco powder

Instructions:

  1. First combine scoop of ice cream, coffee, and neutral brandy in blender.
  2. Blend for 20 seconds, or until everything is well mixed.
  3. Pour into glass, top with whip cream, add a dash of coco powder to garnish top, and enjoy!

 

Gold Fever 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Cobble Ridge Grappa Moonshine
  • 3 thin slices of cucumber
  • 1 medium fresh basil leaf
  • 1/4 of a lime 
  • Ginger Beer 

Instructions:

  1. First, muddle cucumber slices and basil leaf into the bottom of your glass. 
  2. Add Grappa Moonshine.
  3. Fill glass with ice.
  4. Top glass with ginger beer and squeeze the lime into the glass. Give a gentle stir and garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
